The first step is to contact support. We will then determined support arrangements for your account and start working on duplicating the issue to resolve it.
How Do I report an the issue?
Please provide the exact steps to duplicate the issue. Any error messages or exact issues encountered. We will then be able to determine if there is a fix, work around or a potential issue with the software.

2. Please provide any error messages (if any) you encounter. The best way to do this is to duplicate the issue and copy and paste the error message. Alternatively you may take a screen shot and attach the image to this email.
3. If there are no error messages but the website or application does not behave as intended, please specify how it behaved and how you would have expected it to behave.
4. Please provide any relevant URLs, log in credentials, billing and shipping addresses (for shopping carts) or items in the cart when you experienced the issue (for shopping carts).
