The following accounts include unlimited support for the life of the account:

Support for the following account types will be discontinued after Dec 31, 2021:

Prior to launch training and limited support for the first 90 days are included with each website. Generally, as a rule, we will support code or html that was directly developed by Digital Canvas during the initial limited support period. After the initial support period, contact sales to establish a web application support agreement.

Open Source Software Policy

Open-source software based websites, support is limited to the deployment. If an issue is determined to be the result of a limitation of the software or bug in the open source software, this will not be covered by our support.  Open source software we use includes (but is not limited to) WordPress and Drupal.

Custom Application Support Policy

If we have designed and deployed a custom web application for your company you are entitled to support and training for the first 90 days, or the contracted initial support period. During the initial support period, support for custom web applications includes bug fixes, and fixes to the html / css that may be required due to future browser changes. After the initial 90 days (or contracted period) web application support is provided through an established Web Application Support agreement.

*** In any case hardware, web hosting, operating system, network, email, or any other service that is not in the direct scope of the code is not covered by Web Application support. Any of these support agreements must be established separately.
