1. Login to the Administrative Control Panel

2. On the Control Panel page click "Mobile Messaging".
3. After an Exchange Mailbox is setup you may add them to mobile messaging. Adding Mobile messaging requires available licenses. If you don't have enough available licenses, please contact us to order more. Blackberry licenses may require adding monthly fees.
Setting Up BlackBerry Mobile Messaging
After setting up a user’s mailbox, you may add them to the BlackBerry service by following these steps.
- On the Control Panel Main page, locate the Hosted Exchange section.
- On the Hosted Exchange Home Page, locate Email Accounts | Other Services. Click the Mobile Messaging link.
- Under BlackBerry, click the View Users link
- Click the Add button. Eligible Hosted Exchange users will be listed. If there are many eligible users, you may filter by number or letter, or search for a specific user.
- Set the Activation Password. The password must be at least four characters in length.
- Click the Save button.
- To receive access via BlackBerry, the user must have the Activation Password and set up their device by going to Options / Advanced Options / Enterprise Activation.
Setting Up ActiveSync Mobile Messaging
After setting up a user’s mailbox, you may add them to the ActiveSync service by following these steps.- On the Control Panel Main page, locate the Hosted Exchange section.
- On the Hosted Exchange Home Page, locate Email Accounts | Other Services. Click the Mobile Messaging link.
- Under ActiveSync, click the View Users link.
- Click the Add button. Eligible Hosted Exchange users will be listed. If there are many eligible users, you may filter by number or letter, or search for a specific user.
