Your list of email accounts (users) can be maintained via several methods:
- You can manually add or remove user accounts in the control panel.
- We can periodically connect to your mail server or directory server to automatically mirror the email addresses and aliases already established on your network. This is typically done via LDAP integration, but can also be handled by other methods such as SQL integration.
These methods are not mutually exclusive. In other words, you may already have LDAP integration set up for your domain, but that does not prevent you from manually adding or removing a user.
