What happens if a primary mailbox is changed into an alias address?

If an existing primary email address that has archived messages is removed from the service, and that same address subsequently set up as an alias for a different primary mailbox, that new primary mailbox will automatically include all historical (and new) messages sent to that alias address. For example, let's say that [e-mail] retires and is replaced by [e-mail]. In that case, the [e-mail] address may be removed for some period of time, then re-established as an alias address of [e-mail]. All historical (and new) messages sent to or from [e-mail] will be automatically included in the archive for the new primary address of [e-mail].
