By default, an individual login will have access only to messages in the archive that were sent to or from his or her email address (including any current alias addresses). All other archived messages will not be returned in search results nor otherwise be accessible to a user, unless that access is specifically granted by a delegation as described in more detail below.
Within Europe, only individual end users will be able to access their archived messages; domain administrators will only be able to access an individual's Archive if that individual delegates access to it.
Outside of Europe, domain administrators may search and access archived messages for their domain.
For privacy reasons, no other logins (including organizational-level administrators) have access to the archived messages.
