You can add a sender to your whitelist from the Whitelist screen in the control panel. You have the option of listing them at the individual level (e.g., sender@example.com
) or of whitelisting the sender's entire domain (e.g., example.com
). We strongly recommend against whitelisting your own domain, as spammers will frequently spoof their emails to make it appear as though they had been sent from an address in your domain. If your domain is listed in your whitelist, these spam messages will automatically be passed through the filter to you regardless of their content.
